Had a great experience with amazing customer service! My kids loved it, and this was our first time visiting this dental office. Erica and Celia at the front desk were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They made the entire process smooth and pleasant from start to finish. We look forward to coming back and would definitely recommend this office to other families!
Very clean office! Missed my first appointment because I messed up my calendar 🤦♀️ but the front desk was super friendly and helpful in rescheduling! They got both my kids in at the same time and were very efficient. My son did have a cavity and there happened to be a last minute cancellation so we were able to get it filled the next day. 10/10 recommend
Erica was such a polite and knowledgeable attendant here at the Ann location. My daughter came in to get some fillings done and they were very careful, kind, and cautious with her. We will keep on coming here. Thanks Smile Reef! You rock!
