I was very disappointed with my experience. I took my son to his dental appointment and briefly recorded a video to share with his father. As soon as I was told that recording was not allowed, I immediately stopped and respected the office's policy. What happened next was very upsetting. Several staff members approached me at once, making me feel as if I had committed a crime. So I will gladly start off on a positive note. The service we received ONCE my daughter Medicaid was verified was outstanding .She was super excited and I was so proud of how she handled her exam. The dentist or assistant which was a male was wonderful as well . He actually was the first to greet us with a smile soon as we came in the door. Once we were called back there were two ladies (employed workers)having a conversation right beside us. I spoke they said nothing back. the worst pediatric I have ever encountered. They canceled my daughters appt that had been set for over a month because the MD is going out of town. They made an error by calling an old number to confirm the appt after I already provided my updated number and would not accommodate after it was on them. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
