Very kind to the kids. Fully explains what is going on so the child understands. My son loved the experience.
As a military family who moves often, it was such a relief to have found Smiles. Our two kids had their first appointments today and the experience was amazing. The location is clean and everyone was very welcoming. Litzy, Ashley, Sarah and Dr. Cubby took the time to make sure our kids(8&9) understood what was happening and that it was ok to say if they were in pain. I had a wonderful experience! Reagan was so kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process of getting my pictures done. Allyson was very knowledgeable and supportive as she explained the treatment processes. And Ashley made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision for treatment. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful and I truly had an amazing experience!
Dr. Luke was great! My daughter has had some past dental trauma and he was very welcoming and caring. He made her feel very comfortable and there was quite a few smiles and laughs throughout the visit. We are glad we found a dentist like Dr. Luke, he is very good at what he does and always has a smile on his face. Highly recommend!
