Refused to work with non insured individuals. Needed a new bite guard made and they would not use scans they already had and had been previously paid for. Would not recommend going here. Was told to buy a bite guard from Meijer instead of finding a way to work with me.
Had a crown fall off less than a month after it was put on. Staff also gets pretty rude if you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I try never to cancel but unfortunately life happens and sometimes you have to. This has happened twice in the 4-5 years my family has gone here, and both experiences were pretty disappointing.
