Dr. Drew Colantino at Smiles in Grand Haven is amazing! Our son was in a bad bike accident and suffered from severe mouth trauma and more. Dr. Drew answered the emergency call at 9:30 PM and we were meeting with him within 30 minutes at his Muskegon office. His care and concern for our son was exceptional. Wasn’t even willing to send a request to my child’s insurance just because the lady said quote on quote “too much” how is sending papers over to much? Definitely don’t recommend for people that aren’t rich

This office deserves so many 5 stars. They are always so welcoming, I love everyone that works here. They've gone out of their way to accommodate me and my kids when I have to bring my baby along with me for my older son's appointments. They're also flexible and understanding, we ended up moving an hour away about 8 months into the process of my son wearing braces, so l've had to reschedule a couple of appointments and it's never been a problem on their end. Wish that I had spent $10,000 somewhere else. I trusted them enough to invest in their services and work on my two children. When I had a concern and complaint I received no support. They don't even seem to care so I am going to put my complaint here and maybe help others. Melissa the tech shows up as a rogue employee. I have been told that other parents have walked out because of her actions. We have had poor experiences with her before, but this day was much worse.
