Instead of calling me after I finished my treatment that my insurance did not process the final portion of my payment, they tried to reach me by mail several months after I moved apartments. Despite having my phone number on file (which was the primary contact for my appointments during my treatment) they did not make any effort to contact me other than snail mail.
