Instead of calling me after I finished my treatment that my insurance did not process the final portion of my payment, they tried to reach me by mail several months after I moved apartments. Despite having my phone number on file (which was the primary contact for my appointments during my treatment) they did not make any effort to contact me other than snail mail. I would highly recommend Smile More Orthodontics (Hixson) to anyone needing braces! I love how the staff are so friendly and inviting, they truly go above and beyond to make you comfortable. They're absolutely amazing! The office is one of the cleanest that I've ever been to and I love how there is almost no wait time after you check in for your appointment, and the visits are pretty quick.
Staff are very friendly and prompt, out front and in the back! Fast friendly service for my precious granddaughter!!
