I had such a great experience at Smile Makers Office. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The front desk was efficient and friendly, helping me check in quickly without any hassle. The office itself is clean,, and relaxing, which immediately put me at ease. The Dr. is incredibly professional and thorough. He did my cleaning because it was my first time in and it I was so grateful. I called and didn’t get connected to anyone for 25 mins. Then whoever answered the call was very short and just trying to get me off the phone. On their website it says they accept my insurance- but she said they don’t. That’s fine-I said ok, well I can pay out of pocket. She said no, they don’t accept people that are self pay.. I’ve never heard of a dentist not accepting people that pay out of pocket. Especially when it says that on their website as well. She quickly rushed me off the phone.
