I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Palmblad, but I have know him for much longer than that. I am so happy I made the switch from the cold, uppity dental practice I was with to the personable, professional and happy dental practice at Smile Makers, and I adore Rachel my dental hygienist. I know have two of my family members going there now.
This office and staff always makes me smile. Truly the best!!!
My wife and I have been using Dr. Palmblad at Smile Makers for almost 20 years.He and his staff are highly professionals who make a visit to the Dentist an enjoyable event. Whether a cleaning or a root canal I have never felt any pain or discomfort. Now our Son his Wife and our two grandsons are his patients also. Great dentist, great staff. Ive been going here for years. Never a problem getting an appointment or changing locations from the Shirley office to the Port Jeff office. The staff is willing to work with you to accommodate your schedule. The staff and dentist are always friendly and they have a fun office. Also, I am definitely a CHICKEN when it comes to dental work. Dr. Palmblad understands that and made me feel comfortable enough to keep coming back. I would never go anywhere else for my dental work.
A day after chipping my tooth, Smile Makers slipped me into their schedule and did a brilliant job repairing my teeth. It only helps that the staff is cheerful, funny, and very well informed. Dont go to any other dentist!!!
