Terrible experience at this spa, estheticians have no sense of skin as there was no acne on my face until they did an acne treatment. 🙄
Ashley did a great job with my facial. Other than that it's terrible. No communication, I cancelled my appointment 5 times, voicemail and emails to them have someone call asking why I'm not at my appointment. No receptionist. Moved onto another spa.
Rude front desk experience. Lady with piercings didn’t inform to reschedule. I drove 40 minutes and she told me I am 5 minutes late so can’t accommodate even though there wasn’t a single person waiting. Absolutely disgusting service.

Rude, poor customer service and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dirty place again. The place is very dirty and unhygienic.
