Absolutely loved my experience at Smile Maker of Texas! Kimberly and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly at home. Everyone was so kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire experience. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and want you to feel confident and happy. I’m so glad I chose Smile Maker of Texas and would highly recommend Kimberly and the whole team!
The customer service was disappointing. I called because this dentist was recommended. I was looking for help with my teeth. Called and spoke to someone so rude and unprofessional. The Girl told me to call back Monday when the office is open. She was clearly busy based on the amount of background noise I heard.... There was no intention of helping or answering my questions. The lack of basic professionalism and courtesy was shocking.
I would not recommend Dr. Beougher. From the moment I walked into the office, it felt like the focus was more one selling expensive procedures than on providing quality dental care. Every conversation seemed to turn into a sales pitch, with pressure to agree to additional treatments rather than a genuine discussion about what's best for me. I have been a patient of Dr. Beougher and Smile Maker of Texas for over 20 years, and I cannot say enough good things about them. I have actually followed Dr. Beougher through office moves over the years because the quality of care and trust has always been exceptional. Roya was great with my cleaning. Staff is fabulous and Dr Beougher is the best. He is very kind and cares not only about your dental health but the appearance of your teeth as well. He greatly improved the look of my front teeth by doing some maintenance, grinding the chipped teeth to be even and polishing. Thank you Dr Beougher. Highly recommend this dental facility.
