Dr. Muns made my experience easy and smooth. Like everyone, I really don’t like the dentist. But I was glad to walk in, and not be told 99 problems that I “have”. Just straight to business and trust me. He’s a pro. I got an impacted wisdom tooth and another upper tooth shard removed. 100% painless, I even called back for some concerns only to reassured everything was okay. All staff there is great. They know what they’re doing and have massage chairs in the lobby while you wait. Simply the best.
The forms could be shorter especially when they cannot be filled before being assigned to a room and kids are running an screaming in the waiting room area. Otherwise we love the staff, and place
The technician Rain is Always very patient, friendly and Great with kids. Keep them engaged and explain everything she will do before, during and afterward make the kids been part of the conversation. This makes them feel very comfortable even when they are a little nervous. My teen kids love her, because she distracts them while she’s working with them. Thank you Rain for your true vocation with kids.
