Dr. Pushpa and the hygienist staff was great in explaining the treatment plan and answering the questions, but the front office lady got irritated and was rude when asked something twice.
Dr. Sharon is an excellent Doctor and both my kids had a pretty great experience with her. However, i would not at all rely on the treatment estimates given by the front desk. Very recent - my 6yr old needed dental crowns, initial est cost was arnd 350$ but I ended up paying 700+$. Another incident where she needed extraction, i was told my cost was 24$ which i paid upfront and later on i got a call fr pending bal of 113$. Dr Sharon is 100% recommended but i would do my due diligence before starting with any treatment plan.
An outrageous front office staff that lacks basic courtesy. Dr Sharon supports the behaviour even after raising the issue. All i can say there are 10x better experience for kids and parents then this place. Avoid this place.
It is very unfortunate that I have to write a bad review for this practice after being patients for about 11 years (maybe more). Dr Sharon and Dr Pushpa are very nice and knowledgeable and I’ve recommended them so many times. However, the front desk staff is rude and condescending. They don’t do their job of checking insurance benefits accurately and they lack accountability and care about patients. The others bad reviews here are correct and summarize our experience as well. They lost another 2 patients today.
