This place is AMZING!! The Staff the Dentist, the Techs and espcically the Front Desk Staff. They treat my 2 boys like FAMILY!!!!!! THey always talk and engage, let them come around the desk for hugs and coloring. It makes the Boys 4 and 5 fell comfortable and at ease!!! I highly recommend them if you live in the area!!!
The entire team at Smile Magic was the absolute BEST. My girls needed dental work complete and they treated my entire family with so much kindness and respect. They went above and beyond to ensure that the girls were comfortable and happy. A great big thank you to the entire team. I’m truly appreciative of your kindness today.
Front office staff is rude. I was given misinformation from my insurance to take my 18yo here because her insurance has them listed as accepting adults under 25 and she stupidly replied oh she has adult teeth we do baby teeth. As if I don’t just explain to her this is the information the insurance has listed for under 25 above 18. Then she hangs up. Just fire the front staff because after reading the previous reviews I’m gladddddd yall do not accept my daughter.
