I had an extremely poor experience with this practice and would strongly advise others to avoid it. The service was highly unprofessional from start to finish. Communication was poor, there was a complete lack of care, and I was never provided with a proper UK-standard dentistry treatment plan. They deviated from what I had agreed and even changed the surgeon on the day of treatment without proper explanation or consent.
