I can’t thank Sarah enough for her kindness and efficiency! I called Smile Essence with severe tooth pain, and she went above and beyond to get me an early appointment. She also took the time to explain their in-house insurance plan, which was really helpful. Sarah was super sweet and made a stressful situation so much easier. Excellent customer service!
