Friendly people. Easy to make an appointment. Have been going here for a few years now and am generally satisfied.
Excellent customer service and care. I did have an issue with claims being filed under the wrong provider, but they promptly fixed it once i brought it to their attention and i received a letter in writing about it being corrected. Every time i’ve been here, the front desk personalities always make me feel welcomed. I spent hours searching through my insurance’s site looking for a new dentist and I’m so glad i found this place. This was my second time at smile loft. First time with Ayana and second time with Michelle. Gentleness of their hands … the procedure was driven by the kindness of their hearts. What else can u ask for in a health care setting! Thank you for being my dental care provider.
Had my teeth cleaned and x-rays taken this week. My dental hygienist was very good and did not hurt me. Dr. was great also. They have been great all the time
