I had a great experience at Smile Loft in Ringwood. The entire team was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly during my checkup. They went over both my short-term and long-term dental plan, including the different options available, which made me feel informed and comfortable about my care. Highly recommend them!
My first impression upon entering the door was a calming atmosphere, neat, very clean, friendly reception and professional. Dr Basili explained the process and what was needed for my oral care. As important, he also listened to my concerns.
I had such a wonderful experience at my dental cleaning appointment! From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everything was explained clearly, and I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. Dr. Basili was great!
Quick and helpful cleaning. Would recommend
