I called in to make an appointment to my mother who is a Deltacare USA insured. Online Deltacare USA, it shows they are an in-network provider and she was automatically assigned to Smile Line Dental. She visited the office and they informed her that the treatment she was requesting was not covered by insurance (it was and confirmed by Deltacare that it was).
