Jennifer is a great hygienist and incredibly friendly. Only complaint/irritation was absolutely no call or email when COVID kicked off about my appointment being understandably cancelled and no attempt to reschedule since I was bumped. I've since moved out of the area so it's moot, but that was a bit irritating. Oh well.

Wish I could put 0 stars. Had an appointment scheduled 4 months in advance for dental surgery. I pulled up to my appointment (that I called and confirmed the day before) and they said it was confirmed. I take time off work and drive 25 minutes in the snow just to find out that this location is permanently closed!!!!!!! No regard for their patients at all, 0 stars. Horrible.
I really wish there was ZERO stars. If you have OHP expect to be treated like a second class citizen, be refuse escalation to Mgr, person on phone wouldn't even identify her position in clinic, and said they don't give names cause people harrass them. What in the world are you doing to upset so many patients that you need this rule!!! The person I spoke to will interrupt you very quickly and speak in a very condescending manner if she doesn't like what you ask or even what she thinks you are going to ask.
