This is tr best dental office I've ever been to. The staff is so friendly and so helpful. They made sure to make me so comfortable with all the procedures. This place is amazing!!
We have been happy with routine cleanings and exams. They run on time and communicate well. When we had an emergency in the middle of the week there was no dentist to see us and we had to go to a location in Citrus Heights.
My kids love going to the dentist. All the doctors are amazing, the hygienists even more amazing and the front office is super organized. We've had two occasions where we needed emergency care and they took us right away. We've never had to wait more then a few minutes and always check out with ease.
This is a great dental office for the entire family. They have a kids side and an adult side. The dentists and staff are great.
This is the only dentist my son has gone to. We have had terrific service from two different dentists. My son loves to go and always reminds me about the places where the sugar bugs like to hide.
Absolutely love this place. From the front desk to the ladies in the back everyone is fantastic and great to deal with. Dr. Rich is fantastic with the kids and always explains what he is going to do not matter the age. My kids like going to the dentist.
This is a wonderful business! The staff is very engaging and always remember me (even though I only see them twice a year) I would recommend joining this dental group.
Smile Island gives you nothing to smile about. Unprofessional and an office you have to chase down to get work completed. Smile Island office recommend an extraction at another doctor's office to make way for them to do bridgework where the tooth was to be pulled. The tooth had been pulled April 7th at another doctor's office and since attempting to return to Smile Island for the bridge I have continued to get the run around when I call in about how they have to check on this or that and call me back. 3 months this went on a... read more
I love this dentist for the kids! They enjoy going and look forward to bi-yearly cleaning. The surf theme is cute and the tv at each station provides a great distraction for the kiddos! The adult dental group is less accommodating and friendly. The dentist literally spent 2 minutes talking with me, and ran nearly an hour late when my husband visited. The front desk staff was not very accommodating with scheduling, and they have limited availability. Take the kids, find somewhere else for adults!
