State of the art. Great staff. Top tier professional. Best dental practice in Greater Cleveland for those who have dental insurance.
As always I had a great experience with Dr. Browning and the whole staff. Very professional and also very caring. Dr. Browning clearly explained all of the procedures and offered me several options and recommendations. I highly recommend Dr. Browning as she is by far the best Dentist I have used over the past 60 + years.
The care I received cleaning my teeth, checking possible trouble spot, fluoride treatment and tongue cancer screen were all top notched - as usual. And in record time since I had to be done promptly. Lisa is the best, and her staff are terrific.
First time visit--appreciated the warm office atmosphere and friendly demeanor of the staff. Am looking forward to working with Dr. Browning and her staff. Kay was very helpful in "softening the blow" of the cost of the upcoming procedures, and was happy to answer the questions I had.
I have seen many Dentists over the years but Dr. Browning is clearly the best I have ever seen. She is extremely professional, explains in a clear and easy to understand manner what needs to be done as well as why and the options available. In addition Dr. Browning's staff is extremely professional and welcoming at all times. they are very easy to work with and understanding of the different issues of Dental Insurance. I highly recommend your seeing Dr.Browning if you need a great Dentist!
Less of a review and more of a "thank-you." You and your team (Marilyn and Bridgette) continue to be amazing health consultants and oral hygiene coaches. If it weren't for you and them I wouldn't have had the good checkup I had yesterday. Particularly grateful to Marilyn for the wonderful conversation I had with her. Dr Browning and her staff are highly trained both in skill as well as patient care. I've had a number of hygienists as well as Dr Browning do various treatments and they've all been stellar; Dr Browning has PHENOMENAL knowledge of dentistry up-to-date in practice as well as having all the latest tools of the trade. Even the office staff gives wonderful treatment. My children also receive services in the office. Excellent patient care, I would highly recommend this practice.
