First of all - the reception staff were friendly and professional. Something has radically changed since they moved to their new space. The old place was slick and clean, the new one is just awful. Falling apart, messy, small rooms, no doors. However, the place seemed chaotic, disorganized and just not great. My daughter had to wait 3hrs past her appointment time to start getting whitening.
