I paid my daughter's $310 balance the same day it was requested and received a payment confirmation. Since then, this office has continued sending me repeated texts demanding payment for the same bill. I even contacted them and was told it had been "taken care of," but the payment requests continued anyway. Constantly being asked to pay a bill that's already been paid is unacceptable. If your billing system isn't accurate, it shouldn't be sending automated payment reminders. Very frustrating experience.
I can't say enough about this place. Dr Irina is very good at what she does. Her staff and she makes you feel welcomed from start to finish. I truly recommend this place.
Dr Irina Shamalova is a very good dentist.She very nice,professional and also concerned.Her office is extra clean and comfortable.I will recommend my friends to go there.
