Sandjar did an investigation and detected a safety concern because our furnace could fail and put our family at risk. He was quick to find an appointment for the next day! Valery and Genadi came today to replace my furnace and they did an awesome job. Carl and Valery worked really hard to replace our flowmax with a rinnai boiler. They were polite and respectful. We greatly appreciate their work. They made sure the new install worked properly, and gave us instructions on how to operate. Smile HVAC was very responsive and gave us a fair price.
