This practice is dishonest and pushy. At two separate cleanings, they claimed I had moderately severe gum disease requiring a $4,000 laser treatment—for just two teeth. A periodontist confirmed I had no significant gum disease and recommended a much cheaper, insurance-covered deep cleaning instead. This dental office is a ripoff if a patient intends to pay cash for a dental check, and I strongly suggest carrying the exact money. I had a dental visit on June 6, 2024. Their advertisement was a charge of $99 for the first visit, but I was charged $185. So I paid the office manager Stacy, two one-dollar bills. The staff is very pleasant and Informative . I appreciate how they explained all of my questions.
By the time I finished up with my initial phone call I was feeling pretty good. From the front desk (Stacy) who was extremely polite and compassionate to my needs, to (Lisa) the Xray technician who was extremely polite and caring to (Janette) the Hygienist who was on point and helped to put a full plan of action in perspective and to the Doc, Raymond Swainson the Maestro of this facility, I came away feeling uplifted and confident in the procedures I was about to sign up for.
