We worked with 3 people at Smile Health Care and they were each wonderful with my Grandma. Very lovely, attentive, gentle, and caring. They allow me and my family to rest during the nighttime, knowing Grandma was in good hands. Finding aides, especially for overnight care, can be very hard right now. Smile Health Care was very responsive and we appreciate everyone we interacted with.
I use Smile Health Care for homemaking and IHS services. Farrah and Majeed are very friendly, respectful, and make the process of getting services started nice and easy. They have been very transparent and responsive throughout the entire process. I was given the option to hire someone I know to work for me or use one of their employees. The hiring and training process was simple and I was able to get services started very quickly. My experience with Smile HC has been great!
