What impressed me most was how attentive the staff is. During one visit, I mentioned a minor concern about a wire, and they addressed it immediately rather than asking me to wait until the next appointment. Small actions like that show they genuinely care about patient comfort and treatment success.
I went to get my bottom Braces , I am so excited with smile gallery orthodontics on my journey with fixing my smile 😁❤️ . The second best orthodontics I ever been too in Chicago .
Dr. Alena was one of the few orthodontists in the area to agree to fix my permanent retainer that came loose. My previous orthodontist retired and I was told by quite a few doctors that they wouldn't/couldn't take me. Dr. Alena got me in quickly and fixed my break with ease! Couldn't recommend more.
After completing Invisalign here, I have a whole laundry list of new dental problems. The Invisalign pulled off one of my crowns twice and now I may need a $5000 dental implant unless I want to have a missing tooth. The orthodontist chipped one of my teeth while taking off the attachments afterwards. I have many gaps in my molars now where food gets stuck, even though there were no issues beforehand.
