I had an appointment for my 11-year-old while I was there waiting. I never got greeted The front desk clerk let her nephews teenagers boys skip my daughter‘s appointment so I just left after waiting for over an hour when she’d finally called my daughter up to the front desk to say that they will be with us soon she pronounced her name wrong and after I told her the correct way to say her name, she told me she pronounced it the way she saw it rude and very unprofessional to let your family come and get in front of clients tha... read more

My visit was awful.Dr.Majeck kept complaining about been behind and jabbed me so hard I Felt pain up to my nose.I had to ask him for more numbing on my gum before he stuck me again. He got mad but he did it.After that everything went well. I WILL.NEVER LET HIM WORK ON ME OR ANYONE I KNOW.One thing for sure DR.BROOKS GETS A 5 STAR AND DOES GREAT BUT I HAD TO HAVE A ORAL SURGEON FOR THIS SURGEY.THIS ORAL SURGEON HAD NO EMPATHY.
