I have had an absolute horrible experience here that’s has gone on for a few months. I had gotten a tooth pulled and was supposed to to be in the process or getting partial. I had made a mold that day and the lady that did it was mad because she want to leave early and she had an attitude with people that work there because she was told to make the mold. I was seen for a dental cleaning. The staff is super friendly and the dental hygienist is very experienced, friendly and goes beyond expectations.
I had an appointment for my 11-year-old while I was there waiting. I never got greeted The front desk clerk let her nephews teenagers boys skip my daughter‘s appointment so I just left after waiting for over an hour when she’d finally called my daughter up to the front desk to say that they will be with us soon she pronounced her name wrong and after I told her the correct way to say her name, she told me she pronounced it the way she saw it rude and very unprofessional to let your family come and get in front of clients tha... read more
