Run away from this one! Staff is unwilling to work with you to schedule appointments. They are closed every Friday, and 1-2 days every month for all day meetings. They are additionally closed for all days students have out of school, including holidays, sometimes for weeks at a time. When you are told to scheduled an appointment within 2 weeks, and they have NO openings for 2 months, that is an issue. Don't take on new customers when you can't even serve your current ones. The Worst Smile of My Life I went into Apple Orthodontix for minor straightening of my teeth. Almost 4 years later, I have a terribly crooked jaw and pains when I chew. I complained to the doctor who performed the work, Dr. Jimi D. Mehta, who later promised compensation. After I returned to his office to ask if indeed Apple Orthodontix will compensate me for my physical distress, Dr. Mehta turned me away saying, “I don’t know, I just work here”.
