Beautiful office, wonderful employees! Warm, caring, and just down to earth. From the beginning to the end, they made me feel comfortable and throughly explained everything. Hands down, they are the best!
The call center scheduled us for a bracket repair today and I drove an hour here just to be told “we can take the bracket off but we can’t fix it today”. Then when I said we just drove an hour here, she said “I tried to call you this morning and it went to voicemail”. (I have no missed calls or voicemail.) And just so happen I just made a complaint about them not allowing my daughter to get color on her brackets with each check up. Amazing staff & Dr. Jon was great with my daughter. Quick easy process. The only thing that sort of stinks is days the office is open!
HORRIBLE SERVICE , very rude staff. The doctor was extremely rude and kept talking over me. Suggested I get Invisalign instead of braces because he said he didn’t think I could afford it. Then told me that I needed to get veneers after my braces because he will need to pull some of my teeth out due to the braces going to separate some of my teeth further.
