The call center scheduled us for a bracket repair today and I drove an hour here just to be told “we can take the bracket off but we can’t fix it today”. Then when I said we just drove an hour here, she said “I tried to call you this morning and it went to voicemail”. (I have no missed calls or voicemail.) And just so happen I just made a complaint about them not allowing my daughter to get color on her brackets with each check up. A really good orthodontist practice. An A+ staff and I highly recommend smile doctors for your child or any adult to get their teeth straighten right up. My daughter just had her braces removed today april 8th 2025.
