Everyone was super friendly and they explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and even made me feel welcome to watch everything they do. The orthodontist my son went to did not do that. Parents had to wait in the lobby. I give them five stars.

The staff were all very friendly. My only critique would be that in my situation with my teeth not being perfectly straight to begin with, that it would have been nice to see the orthodontist before my impression was taken, so I could have asked if there were any way to alter it slightly, since my teeth are still pliable from the over the counter straightener I had purchased 3 years prior and had been wearing every night beforehand.
