Smile Doctors are awesome! I had my braces removed several years ago but needed to come in for new retainers. Even though they hadn't seen me in years, the entire experience was hassle-free and easy. I was able to get an appointment the next day and my retainers were ready for pick up one day later. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, but Jessica in particular is wonderful to work with. She even remembered me from when I was a patient years before! Can't recommend them highly enough!
Very disappointing. 2 years of invisalign treatment left me with a crooked bite that was so bad that my dentist was alarmed when she saw it. Repeated conversations with Dr. Barnette and staff were ignored completely. They don't seem to take adults patients seriously, or care about your satisfaction. This is a high volume practice that sees hundreds of patients so one upset patient is not a concern for them. There are much, much better orthodontists in Austin
Dr Barnett is very candid and never has put any pressure on my making a decision regarding my prognosis and treatment. I really appreciate that candor. His entire staff is a pleasure to work with. I am actually looking forward to starting my treatment.
We couldn't be happier! This is simply the best orthodontist and staff in the area. They care for their patients as if they were family. They are quick to get you in for an appointment, and quick to get you back to be seen once you are there. Their work is outstanding. As an RN, and the daughter of a seasoned dental hygienist, I can say without a doubt, that this is the best place to go for orthodontic work. You won't be disappointed!
Terrible customer service, I went to this orthodontist for years and each time I got condescending, rude attitudes from these people. Honestly would have switched Orthodontists if I had another choice. The actual orthodontist, Dr. Barnett, is rarely seen throughout the entire process. You get his rude and unprofessional assistants to poke around in your mouth and he comes in to give the "okay". At one point I was even insulted by one of his assistants.
