The people are always so nice and they work hard to learn your name. My kids really enjoy going.
I am at the Bandera location and it is a horrible wait! Once they lock you into your braces they make you suffer and not keep thier appointments. My appointment was at 4pm and it is 445 and I have not been seen! I had even asked if there was a later appointment and they said they could not due to length of appointment..and here I am 45 min later and given excuses! When we started they sold us on Dr. HALL being her Dr. And have him see her process thru and then one month in they changed Dr's on us. They are very impersonal an... read more
