Would have been a 5 star before today... Be wary - Dr. Flanary is retiring (Who even knew? No announcement to patients!) and the new guy taking her place doesn't even take the time to review the patient's history or what direction your treatment is going before coming to direct your care. I had a great experience with Dr. Flanary and her team. I wore braces as a teen and unfortunately my previous orthodontist didn't put permanent retainers on after. So after several years post braces my teeth shifted. I came to Dr. Flanary as an adult and she recommended invisalign. After my treatment was over, they cemented a permanent top and bottom wire behind my front teeth and gave me trays to wear at night while sleeping. Actually loved coming to the orthodontist! The staff are ALWAYS so friendly and willing to help. Super comfortable office, free coffee, tea, cookies. Nice touch* Expensive, but you get what you pay for! My teeth came out PERFECT! I refer all my friends and family here. Keep up the good work ladies! God bless!
