Keep an eye on your insurance reimbursement, everyone. Delta Dental recently started sending checks straight to Smile Doctors, and Smile Doctors is not adjusting payment plans/agreements accordingly. It has taken me lots of time to get this straightened out. I'm on my second round of requesting that my money be returned to me and it's not off to a smooth start.
RecommendedMy son had his first appointment and braces put on the same day. The staff was absolutely AMAZING!!! Dr. Chen was the nicest guy I think I have ever met. I am very pleased that I chose this place for my son to have his experience with braces. Way to go smiles 😁
