I have had problems since day one with this place, first time they scheduled an appt and failed to contact me to let me know they had to close, 2nd-The appt we had to rescheduled should not have been scheduled because he didn't need that particular thing done. 3rd his expander was embedded into his gum and they literally had to cut it out. 4th they have gave him retainer that one of the employee even said was not made properly.5th it took the 4 tries to make him another one and it still doesn't fit right. This place has been amazing! When we walked in there 2 years ago, we knew it was the place for us. Everyone is so upbeat, personable, and just genuine. They are all smiling, singing, laughing, and taking pressure off the process. I definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for braces!!
Here’s the problem- don’t even THINK about letting them handle billing between you and your ex. They can not keep it straight AT ALL. So, unless you want one more thing to fight with your ex about- go somewhere where they will handle the billing professionally.
The ladies are great and make you laugh like crazy. They take great care of my kids and let them be a part of the process.
This is my daughters second visit with this wonderful team of professionals..Great atmosphere to be in..They are always very friendly, thoughtful and courteous and I am so happy that they will be the ones putting braces on my child.
Anyone looking for a great orthodontist this is the best place hands down! Go see Reyes Jiminez and his crew, they even have massage chairs and good snacks 😂. I have been to plenty consultations and this was our finally stop!!!! ❤️🙌🏽 Thank you guys so much for just caring about my daughter!!!!
