NEVER USE SMILE DIRECT! Let me tell you WHY? Worst experience ever! I started with my treatment in March 2018 and they told me, it will only take 6 months to achieve the results I expected. That was the the 1st lie. After that, they had an issue charging the monthly fees on my card and wanted to charge me more money, falsely alleging that it was my fault. Smile Direct Club is wonderful! My daughter had 2 rounds of braces & this treatment is giving her the smile & confidence she always wanted. Everyone who works for this company has been amazing and their service has been 5 star. We went to the location in Palm Beach Gardens & worked with a wonderful woman who just transferred from Kentucky. If you are looking to change or improve your smile these people can help you.
