UPDATE: I am updating my original rating to 5 stars. I went for the appt. on a future scheduled date, by the way they were very accommodating with regards to my work schedule! The 3D scan of my teeth was a simple process and everything was explained clearly. Price is more than reasonable. As soon as I receive confirmation that I can receive treatment (🤞) I will plan to move forward with it! ————— A bit disappointed that I was at the appt., but have to come back another day, no one was there to take the impression. My wife had an appointment today, Saturday. She showed up on time. After waiting some time she called SDC and discovered the shop manager had a change of plans, someone was supposed to cover the shop manager but no one was there. The shop manager called my wife and apologized. How does a professional business stand up their new clients?

Extremely disappointed with this company. I went to a shop to do a 3D scan on the 15th and was told 72 business hours I should have an update if I got approved. (This experience itself I would give 3 stars, the tech was great but they over booked her and I wasn’t called in till an hour passed my appointment.) I just had to get a representative cause I’ve heard nothing and I was incentivized to lock in the old price before they went up, which is what I tried to do. Aysa is amazing omg seriously great personality very intelligent on products and in general . Meet my expectations totally on my perfect visit . Clinic was great very positive caring and respectful to my needs and concerns . I’m going to refer a lot of people there
