My service is going horrible … I paid for my aligners over a month ago and it’s still not even being shipped out yet they say. How is it still in phase 3 out of 5 when I’ve been waiting over a month for them? No way to contact the staff to see what’s really going on or anything.
Tracy & Oscar were AWESOME. Very knowledgeable, able to confidently and easily answer all of my questions about the process. I had previously looked into similar services and left feeling unsure and really just uncomfortable. Not here! Also we really just had a great time during my consultation. It was the best experience and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I have my 3D scan done and now I wait for my new aligners to deliver straight to my house!
