I do not recommend buying their products unless you call in and get information. The website will lure you to buy and you will not be refunded for the initial kit even if it’s a second a go you purchased. You will see a small cost but in the following contract there is a breakdown of payments to be made.
I had a great experience with Amber and Tatiana. Everything was done efficiently, friendly and professionally. It was a lot of fun to see the digital 3D scan of my teeth and more comfortable than the molding process which I've had done before.
SmileDirectClub has a real transparency issue. Buyer Beware! How can you make me smile you ask? Complete the required information requested on my Dental Claim form! SmileDirectClub will gladly accept your full payment prior to services rendered and even quote you on a potential reimbursement from your insurance provider based on your insurance plan.
