This company doesn't even deserve a star. I cant believe that they are in business. I have been trying to purchase the aligners for my daughter since December. Do not purchase these as a gift for someone. They absolutely are incapable of trying to process and and answer simple questions. Just so you know, once you give them a credit card number, they will NOT remove it from your account. I was told it was a HIPPA violation to remove the card from my account........ Their aligners caused severe bone loss in my mouth confirmed by my dentist because of how quickly they make these aligners work on people with little to no supervision. Great concept attempt, however it's caused more damage to my mouth than anything else ever did and thousands of dollars I'm having to pay currently to fix either what was done and keep maintenance on what has become non reversable. This company is horrible. Tried contacting them for weeks about getting a new retainer because the ones they sent me HAD HAIR EMBEDDED IN THEM! They finally called me when I had to cancel my debit card for fraud so they didn’t get their payment (of course then they would call every hour at that point). They kept giving me a run around saying they couldn’t find my account-finally they did and told me to upload pictures (which I did) but they claimed that no unsanitary issues could be found. Do not use this company.

I’ve had very bad luck with this company. It’s been two months since I’ve received my first set of aligners, and I’ve had to have multiple sets of replacements done and it still isn’t fitting. There is no Smile Direct Store near me either because they are constantly moving, very irritating and inconvenient.

You get what you pay for! I used Smile Direct to correct the alignment of my teeth; eight months later, they still were not fixed. Smile Direct sent me another set, and four months later, they still were not fixed. I’ve had a difficult time contacting customer service, no response. Do yourself a favor and use an Orthodontist; it may be a little pricier, but at least they get the job done. Smile Direct only cares about the money, not the results.
