I had a great experience when visiting here. Staff was very informative and friendly. The visit was very fast, in and out in 30 minutes. My smile guide Selam was awesome.
This company has been absolutely terrible. We need molds, sent in insurance forms multiple times, spoke to someone in customer service and still have YET to receive confirmation of whether our insurance will pay any part of this. And then I receive multiple emails a week telling me about how great they are and a new discount each week. If you want good support this is not the company to use...total waste of my time!!!
Excellent experience. Friendly staff. All knowledgeable and still professional. I am looking forward to the smile direct experience. Samantha explained they box concept and processes with clearness and allowed for any questions. I will definitely recommend to a friend
