They’ve lied to me about getting an updated set after they added a GAP in my front two teeth that never existed prior to having smile direct. They want me to pay even more to fix it. When I begrudgingly said fine give me the retainer because I don’t want to pay several hundred dollars. They now are saying I was already given one and I need to also pay even more for that. So excited! I am not even surprised that Ayyah is all over these reviews. She did such a great job welcoming me, helping me feel comfortable. She is very personable and genuine. My visit was great from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out everyone was so friendly. They answered all my questions.Ayyah was very helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

Ayyah restored my faith in this company. She was so kind and thorough in her knowledge about the company. I’m happy to have found a location closer than the Dallas one I previously visited. Great service and location.
