They’ve lied to me about getting an updated set after they added a GAP in my front two teeth that never existed prior to having smile direct. They want me to pay even more to fix it. When I begrudgingly said fine give me the retainer because I don’t want to pay several hundred dollars. They now are saying I was already given one and I need to also pay even more for that.
