I went to the location in Sugarhouse and was helped by Betty! Betty was so kind, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very comfortable and the experience being there was very positive. I'm excited for when my aligners come in the mail!

Product is terrible. As a registered dental assistant who works in an orthodontist office this is absolutely not okay. I have heard many complaints about this company. And it’s not just the product that is horrific, it’s the people who work there. Manipulative, know nothing about dental problems (except for the registered smile guides who work there), and are scamming you out of every last cent that you have.
