Complained about bad bottom fit from start.. sent all pictures which showed ill fit and they reply same reply on great now its time change to next set.. i wore them the amount time called for.. no change to ill fit bottom except it made a filling fall out and my denist said because they did not fit right from start!!! So i would pass them up.. more so a “lets take your money “..company!! I have stated complaint many times n no issue … just message returned ..trying to sell me more stuff!! Beware!!

This company is the most unprofessional, ridiculous waste of time. If it’s too good to be true , it is a total scam! I canceled my order after paying 250.00. Trying to cancel literally took me 18 phone calls, different stories, tons of emails that I paid the 250.00. Sent a million screen shots of the bank transaction, placed on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time. The time I spent trying to get my refund was a long process of which I still haven’t received it. these people are scam artists. do not get into bed with these people. they will charge whatever they feel like whenever they feel like. if you try to cancel they put you on hold forever and say there account manager isn't there just give the runaround to make it harder to cancel so they can steal more money from you. do not do this I promise you will regret
