Logan did an excellent job at putting me at ease. He was great at explaining the entire process and I definitely left with a smile.
Logan was exceptional with the scans and answering all my questions. Nidia finished up the appointment and made sure I had everything I needed.
I am very disappointed with Smile Direct. I was told at my initial in person visit that my insurance would cover Smile Direct aligners. Additionally, I was provided several emails from Smile Direct that my insurance would cover my aligners. I believe that I was intentionally misled. I highly doubt that I am the only person with my dental insurance that this is happening to. And, I am seven months into a five month treatment plan and my teeth are still not straight.
So We did the scan, applied for the credit they offer and waited for 4 weeks. After the 4 weeks I called to get information on where the aligners were and when they were going to be delivered and was told we wouldn't be getting them due to the dentist/doctor they have, said my 13 year old has to wait another year for all of his teeth to come in.
