RecommendedLove both of these dentists. Would give them a 10 star rating Gentile, caring, talented, care about their patients.
They have a rude, uncooperative staff with an inept mumble in "Dr." Grossman. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
I used to recommend them l, however when they refuse to cover payment differences when they did not ask us about options. it's ridiculous. been patients for years. time to look for a new dentist. can't believe that the office staff won't make this right. also when you call and are told someone would need to call you back and 12 days pass without a return call. I guess customer service isn't a thing anymore.
I went in today to get a cavity filled. While Dr. Wescotts dentistry was quick and painless, his personality had me leaving the office in tears. He is incredibly rude, arrogant, and insensitive. He repeated over and over and over again how large my cavity was without saying anything else and then when I asked him if he was trying to scare me (because he was) he said rudely "no I am trying to educate you" then proceeded to speak down to me about how "horrible" my insurance was (I have Medicaid) and that if this turned into a ... read more
Dr Wescott was so incredibly rude & acts like he’s better than his patients including children. Dr Grossman is much gentler with children so we decided to switch to him. Every appointment they would say no cavities. I noticed a tooth with discoloring (key word...I noticed) asked is that normal...long story short he was putting fillings over a cavity but didn’t clean it all the way out. They make you smile ! I feared the dentist for the last 8 years and i tried them today and dr westcott, peg and the team were so welcoming and not judgey. They also gave me a menu of tooth paste flavors to choose from, pina colada was like summer in Endicott �
Dr. Wescott should never work with children. He made my 3 year old daughter cry because she unknowingly stepped on a box to climb into the chair that apparently was an electrical box for the drills. He yelled at her, left the room and never came back to explain himself and apologize. She was terrified and upset because she didn't even know why he was yelling at her. I understand he didn't want anything to be broken, but that is not how you handle the situation. Never going there again.
Dr. Grossman is the best dentist in this area. Kind, caring, and compassionate. We normally do not require any pain medication for any of our procedures! Would recommend Dr. Grossman to anyone!
