I would give them a 0 if I could. Just trying to help a Sr. Citizen out here as he can’t even eat! I bought him in for dentures. On the phone, I was told that he would be sent home with some thing he could eat with or his current dentures would be filed down. I asked how long it takes to get them and she said up to three weeks. Well now it’s going to be six weeks and I have to take him back tomorrow so they can try to file his plate down. I would give -100 if I could. By far the worst experience ever with a dentist and owner Jenifer Beck. From start to finish it was bad. The hygienist was terrible. She spent so much time on her computer that she just left me upside down needing to spit out the grit she left in my mouth. She also actually forgot one side of my mouth but said she didn't. She was so busy on the computer after every pass. Asking for a cup to rinse my mouth apparently angered the dentist who came at me like a raging bull. She was rude, agg... read more
