Dr. Chrys and his team at Smile Design have been absolutely incredible! Crazy long wait every time even for minor adjustments. Today we booked the 2pm appointment- so first appointment after their lunch break. We're now at 2.50pm, the orthodontist is still with another patient and there is yet another one again before he gets to us!!! Such poor customer service and poor regard for their patients and patients families times. In contrast, I took my other child to Menai Orthodontics. Be like my other child, choose Menai, wonderful experience, no complaints.
Had a consultation with Dr Antoniou and could not recommend him more highly. Very professional and thorough, very keen to get started with my Invisalign!
My girl has been attending for a couple of years now & we never have an issue. Reception staff are flexible with moving or fitting in appts if required and Dr Chris & his support team are amazing! So welcoming & make my daughter feel comfortable every time she’s in that dental chair!
