I've been going to smile design for 10 years. Every time I go there lately they're trying to sell me something and I'm 72 years old I'm not buying everything somebody tries to sell me this time I went for a cleaning. They said I now need a deep cleaning and then just maintenance after that I've had deep cleanings in the past and I walked out of there today and will not buy everything they tell me I need. Incredibly disappointing business practices. I have never witnessed such chaos, disarray and incompetence it is unfathomable that FL Dental association has not revoked their licenses. I am speechless how they treated me and I can't find anything decent to say about. One of my biggest regrets.
Professional, skilled, and pleasant staff
Review of Smile Design Dentistry – At first, Dr. Maggie seemed personable and professional. However, once I committed to the treatment plan and paid, the customer service and quality of care dropped significantly. She placed a crown on one of my teeth and assured me that I did not need a root canal. Within six months, I developed a severe infection and was sent to another provider (a specialist she referred me to) who said I did, in fact, need a root canal.
