From the doctor to the hygienist and all of the staff, everyone was extremely nice, friendly, and professional. The office is immaculate inside. I’m not usually one to compliment dental offices—I’ve had my share of experiences—but this one truly stood out. I will definitely be returning to this office for all of my future dental work. Showed up for my regularly scheduled cleaning appointment. I walked in to an empty waiting room which I thought was unusual. I waited to check in as the receptionist was on the phone seeming to be scrambling for patients. I then checked in as normal and was immediately taken back by Luz my hygienist. She did her normal good job and then escorted me back to the clerk who figured the bill and accepted my co-pay and then bluntly told me if I didn’t change my insurance not to comeback here again as they would no longer see me.
