Review of Smile Design Dentistry – At first, Dr. Maggie seemed personable and professional. However, once I committed to the treatment plan and paid, the customer service and quality of care dropped significantly. She placed a crown on one of my teeth and assured me that I did not need a root canal. I go to Smile Design Dentistry three times a year for cleanings and a checkup. My hygienists Stephanie is very thorough and very caring. When I need to see the dentist Dr. Margret Bressler she also is very good and I would highly recommend the team at Smile Design Dentistry.
Very poor staff. They charge the insurance incorrectly.
Everyone is efficient and helpful but their treatment plans are way too expensive!!!
