We have been going to SMILE design for 1.5 year and have been settling our bills after every visit. We even have overpaid since we have dental insurance and we had credit balance with them in a past. Until now. They charged us $15 dollars at some point (after we settled our balance and left the building), and failed to communicate outstanding balance. No text message; mail; phone call or email. Dr. Maggie Bressler, has been very nice and understanding to me since the first time I went to her clinic. I was a new patient with several dental issues that made me feel shy but the way she talked and explained to me about the procedure was very empowering. My teeth look great.
Amber the hygienist is great! Been under her care for many years treating perio. She always gives tips on how to brush properly etc. She probes teeth with 0 pain at beginning of cleaning I appreciate that ! Ask for amber !
I've been going to smile design for 10 years. Every time I go there lately they're trying to sell me something and I'm 72 years old I'm not buying everything somebody tries to sell me this time I went for a cleaning. They said I now need a deep cleaning and then just maintenance after that I've had deep cleanings in the past and I walked out of there today and will not buy everything they tell me I need.
